The Denivele Challenge is a cycling race that takes place in Vaucluse every year. Created in 2019, the Mont Ventoux Dénivelé Challenges is a professional cycling race that takes place over a single day between Vaison-la-Romaine and Mont Ventoux.
On the programme: 154 kilometres through the Vaucluse for male and female riders just a few weeks before the start of the Tour de France.

New for this 2022 edition, the Mont Ventoux Dénivelé Challenges cycling race will also have a women's edition. For the first time, women will also take the start. They will start two hours before the men. Both events will be broadcast live on television.
In 2020, 130 runners took part in the race.
