General Terms and Conditions

  1. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

The room is at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Please vacate the room before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. The houses are at your disposal from 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. However, the room and house can be allocated to you earlier depending on availability, please ask at the Spa reception. In case of late arrival, please inform us at the time of booking.

 

  1. BOOKING - CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

ROOM & HOTEL

Standard rate: Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

Flexible rate: Cancellation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

Group rate: 30% deposit on booking. The deposit is non-refundable within 4 months of arrival. Full payment is required no later than 15 days before arrival.  All payments are made by bank transfer. Changes or cancellations can be made free of charge up to 10% of the booked rooms up to one month before the arrival date.

HOUSES & LODGES

A deposit of 30% is required upon reservation.

Up to 3 months prior to arrival: cancellation without charge.

Up to 2 months before arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation is due.

Up to 1 month before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation due.

From 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation due.

 

  1. PAYMENT

Payment is made at the time of booking and in full. Secure payment by credit card. For any other payment (ex: holiday vouchers...), please contact the Spa reception by phone, a credit card imprint will be requested.

For the weekly rental houses, the advertised price includes sheets and wifi. Cleaning at the end of your stay 80 €. Towels and household linen are available for hire (5 €/person). The tourist tax is extra on site, a deposit of 30% will be taken at your reservation by credit card, the remaining balance will be paid at your arrival.

 

  1. SUPPLEMENTS TO SERVICES & DETERIORATION

Any supplement (Spa, Massages, Mini bar...) will be charged and debited as well as any deterioration of the accommodation or its environment.

 

  1. ACCOMODATION

All keys (accommodation and garage) given on arrival must be returned in full on departure.

 

  1. MANDATORY PART

You will be asked to show proof of identity on arrival.

 

  1. ANIMALS

Dogs are not allowed in the suite rooms.

Dogs are allowed in the houses and in the hotel (only small dogs used to travel), a supplement of 10€/night will be charged.

 

  1. OCCUPATION

Le nombre de personnes occupant le meublé ne doit pas dépasser la capacité d’accueil prévue par le propriétaire.

 

  1. OBLIGATION

All our accommodations are non-smoking. Outside smoking area.
